maybe so, but the market is forward looking , and today’s action seems to be a vote of strong support for the recent placement of 20% of CCA’s stock to a successful fin tech operator , whom,I’ve no doubt will have his thumb prints all over CCA’s plans for the future, particularly in the USA.
