Something about NES is familiar: all time low nearly three years ago, already popped and dropped & looks to be working on a double bottom before the possible next swing higher. The fundamentals sound OK as well, so onto the watch list it goes!
Daily chart: Nice increase in volume recently, with many indicators now looking good. If price action stays above say ~ .005 Cents then it looks worth a first tranche IMO ..
