Not to mention, it will not be cheap, or even economically feasible. What comes out from C&L is about 2.5x the weight of what goes in (concentrate)..
While my head is concerned (short term), I'm putting my faith in AL here (ie I hope she really meant it when saying 'preparing for all scenarios'). Re-visiting my notes and timelines, we may be as much as 6 months behind schedule with Kal. due to a combination of late Ministerial approval and covid related issues.
However, with a billion in the bank, I truly hope they have put some of it to work to catch up on some of the 'lost' time.
