    First Quantum settles Congo disputes for US$1.25-billion

    Canadian miner First Quantum Minerals Ltd. has agreed to settle all its legal claims related to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in exchange for a massive payment of US$1.25-billion.

    Nigel said AVZ will sue for $10Billion .
