The ESS management has disqualified himself with his past performance. When I think about the fact that we had a share price of over 70c without the mining license and the last news, I feel sick. I don't know in whose interest the management is acting, but so far it hasn't shown that it's acting in the interests of the shareholders.

I can only hope that another higher bid will come soon. And that will certainly not be the merit of the ESS management.
