    The research team at Blue Ocean Equities had a dream in their December 2021 initial report on Cardiex .... their dream was $ 1.60 ...

    ... and ... they said that if the company can dot all its t's & cross all its i's ... $ 1.60 would prove to be exceedingly conservative .
