    yes I'm with you there for sure. I have bought several parcels on the way down to 62s. I know I keep saying but the fundamentals (amongst other criteria) make this a 'no brainer' for me. One day in the not too distant future our holdings will explode to make many holders very very wealthy & very very happily retired.
