I wont vote in the poll as I think it needs to be a qualified question.
If ASIC was doing it's job, and trading was mostly legitimate based on equal access to information, then it wouldn't be a casino.
But while the regulators allow dubious trading to continue unfettered it will remain so.
They are letting down the investing public. This is their failing.
Their motto should be 'screw the public' because that is what their inaction infers.
