I think the action of shareholders should be directed to the Independent Directors that have a fiduciary responsibility to all share holders . The Market is saying they are not fulfilling that responsibility . They are suffering reputation damage and if they are not responsive to their obligations may in the end have to face legal action from the minority share holders . The business is doing well but share holders are not . The BOD have a responsibility to correct that .
