No brainer.Just listed in early phase, buy for large upside in 3 years
- Mako field - gas found, exploration done, 75% owned by Conrad, 10 yr value > 2 bill USD
- easy access as pipeline runs next to field, sell off part of the field to fund infrastructure
- expert board at gas extraction (Peter Botton, really who better?),
- more fields found in shallow water close off coast which may come into production before the big Mako one, cash flow to help
- Singapore super gas hungry buyers and Indo gov who wants royalties and later gas
- board/management own 30%+
