It wasn't in Australia, it was a broker in Eastern Europe and I was referring to buying decent percentage equity stakes in companies that were quoted in Germany.
You also need to define what you mean by institution. To me insto trading is everything that is not retail.
Anyway my point was quite simple I am seeing signs of accumulation using the same tactics that I used to use in my previous life in Europe.
Especially trading to VWAP and selling 2 to buy 3.
It is not all retail atm.
