Not exactly!! After ex-dividend, it depends on if IO has gone up or down , if Australian dollar has gone up or down against US dollar, if a night before the US and European market has gone up or down , if any good or bad news out of China ………
Lots of factors is going to determine how much the SP will move . If all other factors are neutral, you are right, it should be going down by 1.07 .
