Just because a Fab signs up doesn't = massive sales, it just enables sales. It's priced in because the market cap is 1 bill and it's expected that a fab will sign up. When a fab signs up it just stabilizes the base level. We are moving in the right direction but be wary of huge hype on things that are not really substantial.
