And I’m convinced that given the large no of retail shareholders, some would think they are getting the equivalent of 7.4c for their NWE shares. The phone calls highlighted this even they did say it was at the time of the original takeover announcement.
Some shareholders would have 7.4c in their head, see the current NWE share price and decide to accept.
