I would proceed with caution.

a genuine discovery would've been known by visuals, ie: Mineralised Carbonatite (As seen with WA1).

Further, pXRF can pick up REEs although not entirely accurate, the company would know they were onto something good through pXRF, and would've stated something conservative prior to assay release.

If not a carbonatite source (likely), it would be a REE enriched clay (many juniors have these currently and are not loved by the market. Think: MEK, PTR, etc). This would also support tenement expansion as these are often laterally expansive.
