I agree the key to good profits is the local BSMs. The shipping and port costs can be eliminated along with potential savings on haulage if it is priced at the mine gate.
Also think you are right about the stockpile; the $24/t mine costs for this are sunk and are what the company has declared in last year end results as to how they valued the inventory at $9.8m.
