True about the lawyers. Though the management of a2 definitely did the shareholders dirty. They sold off majorly right after the positive announcement in August 2020. That was on day NZX was closed too as a result of cyber attack (my a2 sell orders were canned) he just sold on ASX so nothing could be done from NZ. They deserve some punishment.
Really it should be more open for companies to take action against instos if put out baseless claims that affect share price like Citi and CS for example with their bs outlook.
