I think in the case of IVR management simply needs to keep s/h's fully informed of all aspects. The rest will take care of itself.
When you have the type of discussions we are having on HC on any stock at this end of the market, it means that management has been woeful in this regard. Hope they are reading HC posts - they might learn something.
