Well I'm not sure the spp is going to plan, or maybe it is.Not sure any shareholders will be purchasing at .077 when on market there's better bargains to be had.Maybe this has been the plan all along, keep the sp under .077 for no shareholders to take up and regal scoop up another 13 million shares.Here's guessing ?
