Of great concern should be the fact that if the Cuban Government moved the rig for whatever reason, what is to say they wont tell Sheritt to keep it there if they actually hit gas.
Whats stopping the Government telling Sheritt to move it again to another location to try again..
It decreases certainty that commencement of our plans will happen at any specific time.
