Whatever their terms say, it's the results that count. Next Investors would have had hits in the past that they can prove.

I assume they would generally only hi-light the hits rather than the misses.

The terms are there so they don't sued if things go belly up. Anyone giving "advice" would have those terms and conditions stipulated.

I'm not saying either way that you should or shouldn't trust them, just that they can provide information that might be useful when making your own judgement about a particular stock, and that hopefully they are correct about this one (TYX).
