    Is their a possibility this is just a formal way of sorting out the sale/transfer of the 2 mines?

    Let's say they came to the decision to sell those and recoup the reclamation bond etc, would filing for chapter 11 be a formal way of facilitating that or could that have just as easily been done without filing?

    I would imagine it would be impossible for an operations guy like Romcke to navigate it without significant help?
