I think we all understand the simple equation of More ore processed = more ounces out = lower AISC, but grade is still the major determinant of profit.
From the 2020 DFS , assume AISC 1290, +$310 to give $1600 AIC, PoG ~USD1900 (~AUD 2500) givng ~$900 gross profit per ounce. Today only the PoG is roughly the same. Dave mentioned $20M profit for the year in the video, so looks like he has 20M / 72Koz = $278 gross profit per oz in mind? Lame, but thats what the gold producers on Australian soil are coughing up these days.
No one knows what AIC wll be. It could be 25% on top. Right now the companies value is hard to determine, and theres refinancing going on, so......its sit and wait for me.
