Collins Street holds all the cards IMO. They have indisputable security over the mines. As they should for loaning so much money to AHQ.
If AHQ cant pay the note on the due date, then CS take the assets and sell quickly to recover their capital.
AHQ only have the non producing sites available to sell.
Changing sentiment to None as I am afraid I will have a very big tax loss.
