I would have thought that as the documentation supporting last October's capital raising included drilling the Centre Country and Merrimac as a the key project, and the subsequent about face on doing that work, would be a blatant breach of corporate responsibilities.
There is not a miner on the board - not sure about their farming interests in Singapore though.
