Geology is an in exact science open to interpretation certainly didn't help on the first well did it. The upper sheet at Amistad was a complete surprise as was the 2nd zone, so those theories are worth what. The fact that they went after Zapato was also pushed forward as to the so-called superior geology and the massive find that was going to dwarf Amistad and Marti discoveries was a massive miss. Did the head Geo get questioned over that costly error. Nope. Happens all the time in mining not just oil and gas where modeling pits wire frames interpreted grade modelling from drilling turn out spectacularly wrong. When the digging and or drilling begins the results are then the proof of what's there, rarely do they match so called modelling. Long way to go before all the gaps are filled so be prepared for more surprises yet.
