Unfortunately I know that management and directors laugh at complaints that go directly to them. They are just ignored or fobed off.
Similarly there is no point attending AGMs where the Chairman has insto proxies in his pocket. Management usually holds small shareholders in contempt and sneers at the usually old and ill informed who turn up as the 'tea and bicky brigade'.
In this case it is worse as directors hold a controlling block of shares, (I doubt few if any where paid for).

Management and directors only care about insto holders. They listen to their opinions and hold 'briefing lunches' for them. The only noise a small shareholder can make that is heard is in a public forum.
