Good afternoon: I thought I would share some independent industry specialists thoughts on the AHF 4C......please note these are their thoughts but I feel
they are worthy of being shared given the half year reports are due on Tuesday.......:
- the last quarter should be AHF's best as this highlights the farm profits - financials don't show this.
- AHF had its lowest sales ever for the quarter: these are down 55% on the same time last year
- the negative cash flow is 60% greater than the same time last year
- staff and corporate staff are running at a 60% of revenue!!!!!!
- staff and corporate costs grew last year despite a declining sales line: this time last year AHF had a fresh product offer - are those head counts still on the books?
- Jason received a $48k consulting fee on top off his board salary.....what was this for????
- Bernard received a $12k consulting fee on top of his salary.....what was this for????
- in light of Jason's consulting fee, AHF signed an agreement with IJ for $137k for business development in China.....where does Jason's consulting fee for this sit with this retainer.....and what has AHF achieved from this retainer????
- sales of Gradulac have been slower than anticipated......what are AHF and Wellnex doing to address this.
- AHF has spent $216k on capital expenditure to an operational plant (!!!!!!).....what was this for and has there been any impacts on product quality
- the Gradulac product is manufactured at a site with CNCA approval so is already clear to be sold in China.....and what is the projected lead time for CNCA accreditation for Ocean Road?
- nice photo of AHF staff at the Asian Trade Show......how many where there......????.....and we're was IJ?????
- was Peter Skene there??????
-if IJ was there at the Asian Show did AHF fund this separately ?????
- AHF has come in just over the cash threshold.....lucky or managed?????
- there is only two quarters of cash left: what is the strategy to address this and what transparency will shareholders have?????......does this put farms or factories at risk?????.....and if so, then what?????
