There are great management teams out there who manage the capital structure superbly to minimise dilution and impacts to shareholder value e.g. by raising capital when SP is higher and finding ways to not raise as much capital when it is low. There are others that have done the complete opposite and there are many examples during the height of covid - and this has left permanent damage to those companies who now need to strive for double the amount of profits if they had doubled share count.

Ideally they should have thought ahead about this when they had released the trading update recently and requested a trading halt then pending those capital raising discussions. The price then was $1.8 or so, so perhaps they could get have gotten better price than $1.10 cap raise price.

Tells a bit about new management and chair ...
