If FED don't put an end or regulate shorting, all the liquidity will be sucked out of Lithium sector and producers and near term producers might be an easy target for Chinese TO.. I believe that is what is happening currently in Lithium sector were Chinese talk down lithium price and US fund shorting and sucking liquidity out...
