You asked my thoughts on the % chance for the end of April price of gold. I later gave you my view after seeing how many of the NY shorts had closed out. I didnt think $1.70 or $0.30 either side of my price numbers was too bad!

Im pleased I am not a comedian this is one hell of a tuff room to please!

I think Ill keep next Fridays gold price close all to myself.

I will share this I think May and June will be very rewarding time for physical gold holders. The gold shares on the ASX have not done well in spite of the gold price. I think it shows that when there is a general down draft the gold shares also get dragged down. A couple of years ago I would have put this down to people on Margin Loans selling out their good stocks as well as their dogs as they got their pr-dinner call from their local broker! Now not so sure M.L. burnt fingers etc.

I guess if the gold shares continue to act like this we will have to be good at our timing to buy up depressed gold stock as I am sure this class of shares will be the first to recover once we have been through the very real depression ahead. Make no mistake the GFC did not pass over Australia as many would like to think, it has yet to come.

By the way thats not me just being negative its my honest realistic view but it does not have to mean bad news for all. My decision to sell my home and rent, invest in Gold and some specific stocks and box lightly on my toes have been some of my best moves I have made so far to date. I have said in previous posts simple strategies applied with old fashioned common sense are my only working tools. Its just really a case of having to work much harder at building up your personal wealth, strange but I find the harder I work the luckier I become.
