1) Our population is concentrated in a handful of cities
'concentrated' is total rubbish! London has 20mil people in it between 9am-5pm, look at America with Australian populations in 1 city.
2) Australians have it in built in the psyche that they have to own a home.
huh? - say what? everyone always wanted to own their own house, same over seas.. how is that pushing up prices in Australia since 1999 ??
