Not sure how much research you have done, but NATO has held back almost all of its most advanced weaponry so far. Perhaps you have been fooled by Vlad's propaganda claims... he is the one pushing that exact false and deceptive line. I doubt many people believe him. Definitely check it out for yourself though, knowledge is after all power.
