No I get it, S32 can take over operations of an individual project and as long as they continue to meet the terms of the existing contract for that project they don’t lose it.
This doesn’t mean they have to renew the broader agreement, it does mean they starve AQD of administration and exploitation funds and give them a low ball offer.
