Would be better if they were up front and not danglng the carrot in some respects ( but they did say potential ) but I can see what they are doing but are upset as I was looking forward to the uptick. (Maybe they could of paid a portion of the divy now). Hopefully they will deliver on their plans.
I guess the overall NTA $1.51 has not changed and they should be earning a decent % on these excess funds plus they just might get some more funds at higher than book value for the sale of excess land , a profit of 12.3m on the sale of the Victorian plantation , might get the grain terminal up and operational , plus stronger export pricing and a more favourable fx rate , will benefit FY23 so I guess there are things to look forward to.
Happy to hold and I guess the sellers will start to evaporate in the near future
Could not get access to the update due to technical issues so would be interested to hear other peoples comments.
