>Your ability to Google and post lots of words about guns ("My brother hunts", "In my experience") does not validate your claim to experience.
Notice how none of that was a rebuttal, just an attempt to smear me?
Rebut the parts that you disagree with. Or admit that I'm right. Your choice.
You made some very funny and revealing points, "rapid fire" weapon hahahahaha
What was the make and model of the firearm(s) you used in the reserves
What round were they chambered in
What were your average group sizes at each range
> and red herrings (cars & alcohol this time)
That isn't what a red herring is.
You're focusing on a tiny portion of the problem.
I'm trying to get you to lay out the reason why you're doing that.
Your argument makes no sense and I'm trying to make sense of it.
So, if we ban everyone in the US from having an AR to save 150 lives, cool. Cool I have you on that.
What are your thoughts on vehicles, how banned should they be? Alcohol? Cigarettes?
Just curious, that's all.
>false claims
OK, so a handgun is just as deadly as a rifle. Good. We're getting somewhere.
So what difference will banning rifles make to mass shooting deaths.
>You have yet to offer any solutions to reducing mass shootings or gun deaths in general.
Lol you have yet to actually answer any points I've made, look at you deflect again.
Attack the poster, not the argument. Good job.
Heres my solution.
Illegal possession of firearm = 5 year minimum sentence
Injury caused to a person with illegally held firearm = 30 year minimum sentence
Homicide with illegal firearm = death penalty.
Problem solved.
"but then people will just use firearms registered in their names to commit crimes"
Remember, you want all guns to be attached to their owner for crime tracking
>What is their justification for using their own classifications and not the FBI / CDC ones ?
Briefly, because you end up with a tiny and pointless sample size.
Defining it as four or more deaths and excluding gang/ family violence excludes a whole bunch of gun violence.
So again. You're trying to make it seem as if I'm being uncaring about "mass shootings" when, in fact, it is your desire to cherrypick data that forgets the literal tens of thousands of victims of gun violence. All cause you're scared of the physical design of a firearm. So weird.
