I think a lot are worried about what will happen going forward if MIN don't get all the shares. This is what I think .... but I am guessing so ask someone with more smarts than me.
MIN will go into over drive to bring this into production so there will be capital costs associated with the construction of the 250tg gas processing plant and maybe some more exploration costs also. But by then we will have a good idea of just how big our known resource will be.
Those of us who remain will need to be very active within the company to make sure that CE doesn't do another EGO on us ... so we need the new directors to be monitored to ensure that they are not just favouring MIN with the loan structures and we need to make our new directors get competitive quotes from a number of funding sources .... also to ensure that the repayment timelines are long enough so that if a problem occurs that we have a chance to fix it before foreclosure happens and CE walks away with our company whistling Dixi.
WE must ensure that CE doesn't get to dilute us into oblivion.
When we get through this period then the sale of the gas will generate enormous cashflow. Because NWE will still exist(I Hope) then the Joint venture will need to have allocated the funds to each company to which they are entitled. This will be so because MIN will want to increase its dividend and so appreciate its share price.
NWE will also be in a position to declare dividends and that will drive the interest in the our share price from investors who want a great return on their money.
