Prior to JW being appointed to the Board the directors were RB and GL. It is obvious to me that the 2 directors would vote the same way. After JW appointment RB would not be outvoted because GL would always vote with RB. I am not arguing with you re timing of a CR however 28 million shares were issued to new investors at 10c which added a further $2.8 million to the coffers. Hindsight is an amazing thing.
