It is being manipulated. People just buying and selling to themselves shaking out all the loose hands. They will get bored at some point. 18.5 or 19c close would be a good sign for today. We really need a strong close to set up for the run back to 20c tomorrow. The more they keep reeling in suckers the longer it will go for. You need to keep everything in perspective. Even at a low ball mates rate for PEL182 for 100m the sp will at the very least double. That's the worst case scenario 100m MC. That's why they want your shares.
