So Tony, i gather that thermal coal is whats used in the proiduction of cement correct?
Because I don't think there are any ( or possibly only 1) thermal coal power station in Tanzania?
From my previuos posts Ive gathered from articles that most of their power is hydro electric and gas ( or diesel )
(My memory isn't that good and I don't have time to re read the articles:)
I agree that the first goal is to provide fuel for the local market first and some off take agreements would be nice to see.
I would also like to here more about the proposed 400Mw power station. I wonder how likely this is to get off the ground and the timeframe it will take to acheive through Tanesco.
I still feel that a cap raising or some other form of funding must be likely in the near future as cash on hand isn't exactly strong imo.
