Thats exactly right @PieChart.
Baz is the reason Cyprium became so vulnerable gong into finance discussions.
All they had to was probably go one step further by keepng the HL as a stage 1 still at a BFS stage and applying for finance for this only.
But supplementing it with a stage 2 scoping study for 20yr minimum sulphide heap leach or concentrate that can be done at a BFS standard also.
He didn't need to hire all those people. Interest rates would have peaked. Labour shortages would be coming right. Yes it would have been a much longer road to production but it would see cash spend at a minimum.
His Gun-attitude and unwillingness to adapt to market conditions until too late has cost everybody dearly.
