5 shares @ 1.52 = $7.60 +
3 rights @ 1.20 = $3.60
Total 8 shares for $11.20 (addition of above)
Therefore $11.20/8 shares in total = $1.40.
$1.40 should theoretically be the market value upon open in a vacuum.
