I am really thinking about launching a partial t/o at 10c. I wouldn't get the $ 50m together and it would be unlikely for Hopper and Co. to accept but when excluding 50% of top holders maybe $ 25m would be enough to secure the other half if holders were prepared to sell. While I can't see any panic selling I can't see any buying apart of a few of us either which means not much interest from the market and therefore a chance for holders to sell their entire stake.

Dont think you will be able to garner support for your idea through hotcopper. If you have that much money around, why not take out an ad?
