In mining, valuations are heavily influenced by soverign risk..... we are about to be one of the most risky countries to invest dollars in the mining industry....
Spend millions in exploration...fight the EPA to get a project approved...and then if you can actually get a mine up you run the risk of being abnormaly taxed.
Makes investments in war-torn Africa look pretty good.
