I agree falcon. The budget stuff up has got SHs up in arms and seems to be a lack of communication and accountability by the team.
Take Special K, for example, with his recent serial posts trying to bite the hand that fed him... Matt nailed some of the poor communication issues here:
"So if you haven’t spoken with either Adam or Jonathan in close to a year, you have by your own admission both parted ways with the company and had a time gap between your involvement and your recent posts on the forum.. Then some of your info is surely not to current? Unless you keep in contact with others close to the heart?Other than public information, you mentioned there's a limit to what you can say, it’s all very cryptic..Why the sudden posting and what seems to be a case of a falling out and bad blood, you’re really having a dig at management in the public domain those who can’t really defend themselves publicly..Surely there’s two sides to the story here.."
Personally, I just want demonstrated team skills (having taught this at uni for many years) where the priority is the company and its SHs with a commitment to robust discussions around planning and budget that are clearly communicated and kept to... surely this isn't asking too much!
I'm just pleased that Adam is now leading the show as he has plenty of experience heading 4 major companies with hundreds of employees. It's a brand new era for Inca, and I for one are very pleased about these necessary changes. Bring it!
