and this sentence is the same as we know from 2 years ago the PIV is denied because urban plan don't permit extractive actions. But the major and the regional government are open to modify the urban plan.. also the company can use the new mining law from Europe to go further. Also the company is clear about the denegation of the PIV but they stated that PIAV was confirmed by law this can clear the entrance for the underground mine.
you can go sell your stock but I don't see the company lie.
