@scottpeterson with regard to the 255 days these guys are all in denial. If the TGA has requested further information, other tests etc etc the clock stops there until the information requested is supplied back to the TGA. If you need further explanation see below.

TGA website: " Australia calculates timeframes based on ‘TGA business days’ (i.e. the clock is stopped when awaiting a response from the applicant) and timeframes are based on the date of paid application submission to the date a decision is made. Others use business days or calendar days and timeframes may be based on when they first respond to (or request further information from) the applicant"................"Australia does not aggregate assessment timeframes based on the class/risk/complexity of the device."

Who knows what's going on, RHY may have been requested to supply information that may take months. They are not going to tell the market. It's just the process of getting TGA approval.

These posters believe they know everything. It's all blue skies with zero challenges. Just money rolling in.
