below $39 today is on the cards anything higher than that will indicate to me that this tax on miners will not see the light of day. Which brings a interesting point, everyone is talking about how bad this is and how it will have a hugh effect on the mining industry but is it a sure thing? I am going to put my neck out and say this will not come in. It will be stopped and I will be looking at BHP when all the dust settles because when this tax is dead in the water, BHP will fly. OFcourse this only my opinion and I have been know to be wrong on occasions.
