Yep tend to agree allot with you there mrbiggz1979 I am bullish about property as I have a long term view. Personally I expect a drop of up to perhaps 20% with a period of stagnation. Don't expect the fantasy land idea of 40%+ drops in the whole market though. Work out your investment strategy and work to it is the best thing you can do. Also ignore the stories in the media as it has schizophrenia as one day everything is going up then the next day it is all going to crash (all repeated at infinitum).
