How could you not know that CBI are so unhappy with progress that they formally put you on notice that they are considering increasing the restraints on the business? It's highly unlikely they wouldn't have expressed their concerns before putting it in writing.

Unlike most of what has happened, that really is the responsibility of Emma and her management team. It does not present them in a good light.
